1. Subscription & SaaS Services

Since Digitech Lead CRM is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, all subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled by the user. Our refund policy for CRM subscriptions is as follows:

1.1 Free Trial & Evaluation

We encourage users to take advantage of our free trial (if applicable) before purchasing a subscription. This allows users to assess the platform before committing to a paid plan.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension. We encourage users to reach out to our support team before filing disputes.

If a refund is approved by Digitech Lead CRM, it will be credited within 7 business days.
